Zoey Redbird is a pretty average sixteen year old girl. She has a boyfriend (or two… or three…). She has friends, Steve Rae, the Twins, Damien. She hangs out and does normal teenage stuff. But Zoey Redbird is not normal. She has been “marked” to become a vampyre. Zoey is very special. Her mark is colored in. She also has tattoos added to her mark because in first book she goes through hell to save her mortal (kind of) ex-boyfriend. Because of her tattoos that she got from the goddess Nxy, Zoey is more powerful then any other fledgling vampyre. Zoey’s human friends are being killed. All the evidence points to the House of Night (Zoey’s school).
This quote from the novel gets the book going: “‘Shush and listen to what she is saying,’ Stevie Ray said. Continuing to be surprised by how weird they were acting, I shushed and listened. ‘So, to repeat our lead story tonight-the search continues for Union High School teenager Chris Ford. The seventeen-year-old disappeared yesterday after football practice.’ ’hey-I know him!’” After reading this quote, I could not put the book down. I recommend this book to anyone who has read  Twilight or Marked or likes to read romances and fantasies.

When I Grow Up I Want to be a Prima Ballerina and a super fairy princess!! (j/k) I wan’t to do something with forensics.

“Do you define a person by their actions or their intentions, why?” is the question we had to answer.  I used this post to help me answer the question: http://dmcordell.blogspot.com/. I think you should judge people on their intentions. Lets say your son needs a heart because his is failing. You try to tell the people in the hospital but their is so many people there. No one in the hospital is listening to you.  If your son doesn’t get this heart soon he will die. You pull out a gun and hold the entire hospital hostage. You don’t want to hurt anyone but you need the heart for your son and you need someone to listen to you. None of the hostages are listing. You get really frustrated and shoot one of your hostages. You are sent to jail. Your trial comes up and the judge asks you probably the most clichéd question: Why did you do it?  You explain to the judge about your son. The judge considers your intentions and gives you community service.

I had to make a video on Rosa Parks for school.

Why make a wish when you can make a goal? The only difference is with a goal you need a plan.

In a “regular” social studies class

• have tons of test and quizzes on weired subjects like “The Geography of Azerbaijan”
• have to write pointless essays on pointless subjects like “The Tribes of the Andes Mountains”
• have tons of homework and even more bookwork

In my social studies class

• no test or quizzes
• no essays instead we have to write blog post and make presentations
• barely any bookwork work
• only homework we have is blogs post and to work on presentations
• we learn how to prepare for the future

There Is A LOT!! of things that you can do to be nice or kind hear are some ways.

• talk to someone you wouldn’t talk to
• hold the door open
• use Manners
• help someone out
• make a cd of your favorite songs and give it to your friend
• complement someone
• donate old clothes
• donate blood
• donate old toys and books
• donate food
• volunteer in a nursing home
• volunteer at a soup kitchen
• shovel you neighbors driveway
• rake you neighbors leafs
• send a care package to a soldier
• put quarters in an expired parking meter
• say thank you

I’ve been tagged by Ryan I have to write a post on if i was the last person on earth. If I was the last person on earth I would probably get really bored. Um… but if I really was the last human on earth I would probably live everybody’s life for them. I would do this so I don’t get bored with myself.

At the end of my street there is a forest. In the forest there is a stream. In the stream there was a tree growing. The tree is short but really sturdy. It had a lot of branches and it was really easy to climb.  The stream was really shallow so it would dry up a lot; especially in the late spring and most of the summer.  When the stream would dry up and I would climb it.  When Iwas in the tree I dreamed that there were fairies flying around.  One day I even made a house for them out of sticks and leaves. When back to the tree, but it was all gone. I searched everywhere for the tree. I couldn’t find it. I cried when I found out that it got knock down. That was my place to dream. My place to believe that there were fairies. My dreams were crushed I no longer believed in faires. About a month later I went back to the stream were the tree was and on the stump of the tree was my house that I made for the fairies.

I added a widget to my blog; it is all the books that I want to read.  If you have an opinion ( if you read it or heard about it) on the books can you comment and tell me your opinion. Please don’t ruin the book for me.
